Boss Civil delivered the civil works package for the Springvale residential subdivision, including bulk earthworks, removal of over 7,000m³ of peat soil, and site compaction. The team installed stormwater and sewer drainage, utility connections, roads, and kerb and channel to prepare the site for residential development. This project demonstrates Boss Civil’s ability to manage challenging earthworks and subdivision infrastructure while working with engineers, surveyors, and local authorities to achieve a high-quality, build-ready site.
